Visitor Restrictions at the Alpine Nursing Home

To ensure the safety of our residents and staff effective at 7:00 PM on Thursday, March 12th we have restricted visitation temporarily until further notice.

Due to recommendations from the DOH and the CDC regarding the evolving community risks associated with Covid-19 (the Corona virus) Alpine Nursing Home is restricting all visitors to the facility to protect the health of our residents and staff. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Communications:

During this period please know we will use many means to communicate with you. Please feel free to call and check in on your family member at any time.

These measures are temporary to safeguard our residents and staff. Thank you for your help and understanding in combating the COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
